ART SHOP POLICIES
We usually ship within 14 days, but due to COVID-19 production and shipping delays, sometimes delivery takes 6-8 weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We will not be able to offer refunds after 30 days.
In order for your purchase to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and packaging and determine whether you will receive a full or partial refund. We can discuss this prior to sending it back if you'd like. This process may take a few days, so please be patient.
If you have not received a refund, please check with your bank/credit card company to make sure the refund isn't really there; it may just need time to clear. If this isn't the case, please reach out and ask for an update. We are a small shop, and sometimes we need extra time to process refunds. We will always do our best to be prompt because we know money can be tight.
If the receipt indicates this was a "Gift," you will be credited a gift certificate to use in the shop.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, AND you will need to pay for your shipping costs on return.
If you are local, we can organize a meet up. Occasionally we travel to different parts of Maine, so if we are in your neighborhood, we would be happy to save you the cost of shipping.
